SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $150 within Australia and $250 for international orders.
For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates, depending on your location and the weight of your order.
International orders under $250 will also have shipping calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Typical delivery times for standard shipping are 3–7 business days within Australia.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of Australia Post and out of our direct control.
If you’ve selected a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive updates from both Rhise and Australia Post.
We cannot take responsibility for packages marked as ‘delivered’ or left unattended. For any delivery-related issues after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility, we rely on Australia Post for delivery. If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive tracking updates from Australia Post.
Rhise cannot replace items lost due to incorrect name or address information submitted with your order. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times vary between 2–5 weeks, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

All international orders over $250 AUD receive FREE shipping.
Please note: Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local customs office can provide further details.
