RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return with us.
Exchanges are eligible for free return postage – you can exchange for another size or product.
Refunds are subject to a $5.99 AUD handling fee – this will be deducted from your refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns provided they meet all the following criteria:
The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
All products must be in perfect, resalable condition.
Products must be undamaged, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

You will need your order number and the email used at checkout.
Once we have received and inspected your returned parcel, we will process the refund or exchange, provided all return conditions are met.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.
If you’ve received a dispatch notification, it’s too late to cancel — you’ll need to go through the standard returns process.
Please note that orders may be fulfilled within 15 minutes of being placed.
Return shipping for cancellations is not covered by Rhise.
ORDER ISSUES
All orders are handled with the utmost care by our Distribution Team to ensure products are packed correctly, in good condition, and complete. However, mistakes can occasionally happen.
