If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of receiving it, contact us to request a refund or store credit. This guarantee includes products you have tried. Unopened change-of-mind returns are also accepted within 60 days. There is no handling fee.

Email hello@rhise.com.au with your order number and the products you wish to return. We will confirm the return instructions before you send anything back.

Conditions

• Products must have been purchased directly from rhise.com.au.
• One return per product type per customer.
• The guarantee does not cover misuse, accidental damage or empty packaging with no remaining product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
