Designed with simplicity and performance in mind, the Rhise® Hand Flask makes hydration and fuelling effortless on the move.

Featuring a minimalist design, adjustable soft strap, and high flow nozzle, it’s easy to drink from, easy to refill, and built to move with you. The soft flask compresses as you drink to reduce bounce and eliminate spillage, so you carry what you need and nothing more.

A wide cap allows for quick, easy refilling and helps prevent leaks and spills. Designed to be practical before, during, and after your session.

SHIPPING POLICY

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $149 within Australia.
For orders under $149, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates, depending on your location and the weight of your order.
Standard international shipping is a flat AUD $40.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Typical delivery times for standard shipping are 3-7 business days within Australia.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of Australia Post and out of our direct control.
If you’ve selected a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive updates from both Rhise and Australia Post.
We cannot take responsibility for packages marked as ‘delivered’ or left unattended. For any delivery-related issues after dispatch, please contact Australia Post directly.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility, we rely on Australia Post for delivery. If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive tracking updates from Australia Post.
Rhise cannot replace items lost due to incorrect name or address information submitted with your order. Please double-check your details at checkout.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged (we’re sorry!), please contact us immediately at hello@rhise.com.au or via our Contact Us form. We’ll work quickly to resolve it for you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We ship to selected international destinations. Standard international shipping is a flat AUD $40. Available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary between 2-5 weeks, depending on your location.
