Sally Wood

A former elite swimmer turned triathlete, representing Scotland, competing at the Commonwealth Youth Games, and finishing 6th at the UK Olympic Trials before earning a swimming scholarship in the US.

Since transitioning into triathlon, she’s taken wins at Ironman Busselton (9:41hrs) and Ironman Port Macquarie in 2024 and is now focused on building toward elite long-course performance.
